Sinner's Food

Dress down today!

I should be happy getting this text message from my supervisor because I get a chance to wear jeans and snickers at work even on a Monday.  Too bad, I left the house before lunch time and I am already here in the office when the message arrive.  It is Monday and that means tons of emails, hundreds of call, numbers of extra assignments coming from everywhere.  I hate myself for feeling so sleepy as early as the 2nd hour of shift. I can't help but peek on the web to find something to wake me up.  The chips, fruits and coffee I had were not successful to perk me up.

Only these can perk me up.  These things I call "sinner's food".  Since christmas time is just around the corner, I think its the best time I study gift basket arrangements so I can send my friends and family basket gifts with these goodies.  I am sure, not only this christmas would this study in this special lesson in will help me.  I am already starting to count occassions whole year round. I will have  New Baby,  Sympathy, Housewarming, Thank You,  Holidays and All Occasions, Congratulations, Valentine's Day, New Year's, Halloween, Graduation, Birthday, Anniversary and Wedding, Mother's Day,  Father's Day,  and much more.  Just by going thru these occassion one by one, my business mind is already perked up and I so excited.  Think I should peek online again to see who offer these kinds of courses.

Five Natural Appetite Suppressant

If there is a problem that is not well given attention but being complained about most of the time, I'd say its weight management.   I am hardly not the only one. My feeling of being overweight started since I can't remember when.  All I remember is I was never the skinny one within my group of friends, in my class and amongst my cousins.

I am in my early 30's and I have observed my friends younger that I am also think and feel like I used to when I was their age.  Mind you, they are not as fat or obese that you can think of. Would you think that the feeling of being overweight is only within one self.  But for me, it is always best to refer to the Body Mass Index chart.  I hope I had referred to this before.

Refer to this website...
If you think suppressing appetite may be helpful to avoid having excess fat is the solution I agree with that.  Thing is, how well will you do it.  I made a quick  research online and I stumble upon this list of five foods that will help you suppress appetite:
*     Drinking water
*     Green veggies such as lettuce, cabbage and other leafy vegetables
*     Pickles
*     Apples
See reference here.

I will really try this myself.  I have tried diet pills, capsules and tea like and coffee appetite suppressants, why not go something natural this time.

Fruit Diet or Diet Pills

I feel like I am loosing weight now....its true...believe it or believe it.  I think the effect of steriods I took at the start of the year if escaping me now.  Too bad its only now it is happening.  I have been bloated all year round because of this medecine, so you really can't blame me if I have a love and hate feeling with steriod. There is really no best weight loss pills if you are on steriods. I love steriod because I need it for my vocal chord nodule but I hate it because it makes me bloated.

My fruit diet also helped a lot.  I hoard as much fruits as I can whenever I visit SM Department store in Makati on my way to the office.  Thank God for the biggest refrigirator I have ever seen, my office is generous enough to give its employees a two door fridge to stock food good for one week consumption. Mind you, I can eat a whole watermelon and papaya in one day. Makes me full and not bloated at the same time. See these pictures,  the one with my Lola and son was taken on Christmas of 2010.  The one in the middle was during one of the parties we had on Christmas.  One at the bottom is one friday meeting at the office.

You were right, Dea

Who can resist the smell of a lechon manok? I can ignore fried chicken especially if its not very attractive looking but the smell of a lechon manok really bother my taste buds so much. Along our way home we stopped over to one of the most famous branch of Sr Pedro Lechon Manok. We had to open the car windshield during the trip because the smell was really tempting and yet I cannot eat along the way.

i have to borrow a picture of the dish online because i was not able to take a picture of our own when we got home, i literaly attacked the chicken before I am able to change to usual clothes at home.

There is one branch located along Aguinaldo Highway just before you approach SM Bacoor and this is were we got our lechon manok. There was no half size available so we decided to take home a whole for only Php 189.00. I snobbed my favorite "pork sinigang" this time. I know I ate more than what I should have and I hope Dea can offer me best fat burners because she was the one who always promotes Sr Pedro Lechon Manok in the office. And yes Dea, you were right, this is best than what we usually have then.
